The ProTower 400 Delivers Absolute Sonic Superiority.
The ProTower 400 is a sleekly sculptured, direct-radiating, high-definition, magnetically shielded floor-standing system, which may be used free-standing or within furniture or a custom enclosure. It includes a high-output twin driver powered subwoofer with subterranean floor-shaking response capability built into each beautifully compact cabinet.

The full range driver array consists of a Definitive cast-basket 6 1/2" upper bass/midrange driver seamlessly integrated with a 1" pure aluminum dome tweeter. A precision Linkwitz-Riley crossover network is responsible for the perfect blending of these two drivers. The high- definition upper bass/midrange driver incorporates a mineral-filled poly-propylene cone suspended by a supple butyl rubber surround. The 1" dome tweeter synergistically achieves both the clarity of metal domes and the smoothness of soft domes by combining a specially annealed pure aluminum diaphragm with a well-damped silk surround.

High Power Built-in Powered Subwoofer.
The built-in powered subwoofers each have a high current 125-watt RMS IPS™ (Infinite Power Source™) amp with MOSFET output devices which powers two long-throw Definitive 6 1/2" cast-basket drivers in a computer synthesized transmission-line slot-loaded configuration. There is a precision low-frequency level control to perfectly tune the system to your room and personal listening tastes, an auto on/off circuit and a separate low level RCA LFE input (the speakers can be hooked up to Dolby Digital systems and realize full 5.1 performance with just speaker wire or with speaker wire plus RCA low level LFE input).

Unique Non-Resonance Cabinet Construction.
The ProTower cabinet construction, which is ingenious and tremendously complex, is another key to the superb overall performance of the complete system. The NROC (Non-Resonance Optimization Curve) continuous parabolic curved cabinet shape is both beautiful and functional. It acts to minimize and "randomize" internal cabinet reflections as well as to tremendously strengthen the overall cabinet rigidity.

Floating Chamber Midrange Enclosure.
The upper/bass midrange driver is housed in a special "floating chamber" which radiates no sound externally, because its cabinet walls are totally isolated and are not the outer walls of the ProTower cabinet itself. This unique chamber is further subdivided into 4 sub-subchambers, each of which is tuned to a different frequency. The cabinet and baffle are of a heavily braced, double wall construction.

The Complete ProCinema 400 Home Theater Systems.
The ProTower 400 is designed to be used either by itself or combined with other perfectly timbre-matched Definitive loudspeakers to create a complete home theater system of extraordinary quality. All Definitive loudspeakers are engineered to the same timbral balance and sonic signature, so they can be used together in any combination with excellent results.

The ProCenter C2
The matching magnetically shielded ProCenter C2 (available in black or white) utilizes a similarly styled and engineered cabinet to that of the ProTower 400. It incorporates two 5 1/4" cast-basket bass/midrange drivers oriented on either side of a 1" pure aluminum dome tweeter (the same as used in the ProTower) in a D'Appolito configuration. The tremendous clarity achieved by the high-definition drivers in their unique high-performance cabinet results in outstanding reproduction of dialogue as well as all the other information directed into the critically important center channel. High-power handling and high efficiency assure the full dynamic range capability necessary for proper lifelike reproduction of all program material. In addition, a built-in vertical adjustment device allows precise up and down aiming of the speaker for optimal performance.

ProMonitor 200 and ProMonitor 100
The magnetically shielded ProMonitors (available in black and white) are perfect for matching rear surrounds. They utilize similarly styled and engineered cabinets to that of the ProTower. Both ProMonitors are mounted on a pivoting base (which can be removed if desired) and have keyhole mounts built onto the rear for easy wall mounting. In addition, the pivoting base of the ProMonitor 100 can be attached to its rear and used as a pivoting wall mount. Matching floor stands are available. The ProMonitors also use cast-basket bass/ midrange drivers (5 1/4" in the PM100 or 6 1/2" in the PM200) perfectly blended to a 1" pure aluminum dome tweeter with a precision Linkwitz-Riley crossover network for natural, smooth, high-definition clarity combined with powerful bass, high efficiency and wide dynamic range.
