New Flagship BP7000SC &
BP7001SC Bipolar SuperTowers™
Each
BP7000SC combines a new built-in 14" SuperCube® subwoofer
driven by an 1800-watt class D amplifier, two pressure-driven 14"
infrasonic radiators and bipolar dual D’Appolito front and
rear mounted driver arrays each consisting of two high-definition
cast-basket 6.5" Definitive bass/midrange drivers surrounding
a 1" annealed pure aluminum dome Definitive tweeter. Newly
designed Linkwitz-Riley crossover networks do a superlative job
of seamlessly blending the drivers for totally homogeneous sonic
output as if radiating from a full-range pulsating sphere. The low-frequency
performance sets new standards for speakers priced under $50,000
a pair, with extension below 11 Hz, extremely low distortion and
fantastic transient response. A pair of BP7000SCs goes lower than
and has the bass impact and output level capability of seven SuperCube®
I subwoofers combined. Plus the dual built-in powered subwoofers
achieve dramatically better blending, integration and timbral accuracy
than could ever be achieved with separate subs
This extraordinary speaker sets a new reference standard for ultra-dynamic
high-accuracy loudspeakers and achieves equally superb performance
with both music and movies. They will reproduce a silky smooth,
incredibly detailed wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling sonic image with
superb dimensionality at lifelike volume levels (and beyond) with
a sense of ease which is truly remarkable. As with all Definitive’s
bipolar speakers, they have an almost magical ability to recreate
a stunningly realistic holographic sound field. The elegant styling
features beautiful sculptural refinements to Definitive’s
signature look with a choice of our classic piano-gloss black or
new piano-gloss golden cherry finish.
Top-of-the-Line BP7000SC Bipolar SuperTowers™
The engineering team responsible for the new BP7001SC is
especially proud of their work on this second landmark member of
the 7000 Series. It was designed to make many of the performance
breakthroughs spearheaded by the BP7000SC available to a broad range
of enthusiasts. In fact, considering its smaller size and lower
price, the new BP7001SC is in some ways almost as impressive as
the BP7000SC. It combines a bipolar array similar to that used in
the BP7000SC with what is basically a built-in SuperCube® I
(10" SuperCube® Technology sub driver, two 10" infrasonic
radiators and a 1500-watt class D amp)in each stylishly sleek cabinet.
The sonic performance of the BP7001SC is actually dramatically superior
to the former flagship system, the BP3000TL, which makes it a tremendous
value as well as an outstanding performer. It also features the
new signature styling as well as a choice of piano-gloss black or
piano-gloss golden cherry finish.

Bipolar Power Towers (with
built-in Powered Subwoofers) & Home Theater Systems |
| Definitive's Extraordinary Bipolar
Power Towers with built-in state-of-the-art powered subwoofers |
Definitive
Technology's total commitment to uncompromised sonic superiority
has made us the leader in high-performance loudspeakers. We have
been voted the industry's top loudspeaker manufacturer as well as
#1 for quality and reliability in nationwide dealer surveys. It
is our pleasure to present our premier world-class top-of-the-line
systems: the BP3000TL, BP2000TL, BP2002TL, BP2004TL and BP2006TL.
These bipolar power tower loudspeakers are like no other in the
world. Top reviewers have hailed them as "a true revelation"
and compare their astounding sonic performance with speakers selling
for ten times their price and higher. You simply must hear them
for yourself!
Bipolar Technology Brings Performances to Life
in Your Home.
Our bipolar loudspeakers are superior to any conventional loudspeaker
regardless of size or price. Both movies and music are reproduced
with unequaled purity, transparency and lifelike realism.
The Sonic Superiority of Definitive's Revolutionary
Bipolar Loudspeakers.
Experts agree that bipolar speakers are absolutely superior for
both music and home theater. What is responsible for the unequaled
sonic performance of our bipolar speakers? Quite simply, each speaker
incorporates two complete sets of drivers, one facing forward and
the other facing to the rear. Thus, our bipolar speakers radiate
the full sonic spectrum both forward and rearward in an omnidirectional
pattern, exactly as sound is produced in real life.
Symmetrically Concentric D'Appolito Focused
Field Driver Arrays for Improved Wave Propagation.
The BP3000TL, BP2000TL, and BP2002TL all incorporate four upper
bass/midrange drivers which are arrayed on the front and rear baffles
in two concentric pairs, each pair surrounding a tweeter. The tweeter
acts as though it were mounted, in effect, right in the center of
one large driver.
Our User-Friendly Bipolar Power Towers Will
Sound Perfect in Your Home with Your System.
Definitive Power Towers are easy to hook up to your system, simple
to place and flexible in terms of room positioning. They are engineered
to be located as close as 4" or as far from the wall as you
would like. The mirror-imaged side-mounted subwoofers can face either
toward or away from each other for even greater flexibility and
room tuning ability. The bipolar power towers are very efficient
which allows them to be used with virtually any receiver or amplifier
and are of such high quality that they allow you to appreciate all
the subtle excellence of the world's finest electronics. Since the
subwoofers are powered, the speakers are that much easier to drive.
Now Choose Your Perfect Bipolar Powered Tower.
The three-time Grand Prix Award-winning BP3000TL is Definitive's
finest, truly a world-class signature quality state-of-the-art flagship
system capable of delivering absolutely unsurpassed sonic performance
in your home. Home Theater describes it perfectly: "There's
really nothing that compares an enormous soundstage along with razorsharp
image focus and a detailed harmonic presentation, which is sure
to send audiophiles and reviewers alike searching for superlatives!
These speakers are amazing."

The new BP2000TL is a further refinement of the three-time Grand
Prix Award-winning BP2000. In reality, it is a slightly smaller
and less expensive version of the BP3000TL with virtually the same
dual D'Appolito bipolar upper range array, joined to a built-in
15" (rather than 18") woofer and 500- (rather than 1000)
watt RMS amp. The original BP2000 gave Stereo Review's Julian Hirsch
"that special thrill that usually costs ten or more times its
price to obtain," and he stated that "I would choose these
speakers for myself." Going one better, Home Theater raved,
"This slammin' system will probably kill any other you've ever
heard." And now, with nearly double the amplifier power of
the original BP2000 plus many of the refinements developed for the
BP3000TL, the new BP2000TL is a true technological masterpiece which
Widescreen Review's Shane Buettner said, "I simply can't recommend
them highly enough."

The new BP2002TL is a more powerful refinement of the two-time
Grand Prix Award-winning BP2002. The original BP2002 has been hailed
as one of the greatest loudspeakers ever. Home Theater called its
performance "staggering" and England's Gramophone, the
world's top classical music magazine, honored it with their Editor's
Choice Speaker-of-the-Year Award and their reviewer Alvin Gold wrote,
"Their imaging is a dream. Musically, this is one of the most
appealing and informative loudspeakers around." And now, with
double the amp power, a new subwoofer driver (with longer throw,
a larger voice coil and an even bigger magnet structure) plus dual
D'Appolito arrays, the new BP2002TL, with all the features of its
big brothers, is even better. Sound & Vision's Rich Warren raved
that the BP2002TL "will...definitely thrill you," and
that "James Taylor never sounded smoother and more vibrant
than when the Definitive system reproduced his voice."

The new BP2004TL builds on its illustrious predecessor's achievements.
The original BP2004 was chosen as the high-end audio product-of-the-year
in the Innovations Showcase Competition at the International Consumer
Products Show and Stereophile Guide to Home Theater's Fred Manteghian
called it, "a home theater steal and a music lover's find."
Now, with its all new 250-watt Infinite Power Source amplifier (double
the power of the original) coupled to a new longer throw, larger
voice coil, bigger magnet driver, the new BP2004TL achieves significantly
deeper, tighter low-frequency performance and better overall sound
quality. Its slightly larger cabinet combined with a new tuning
program for computer synthesized transmission line loading also
helps to deliver improved low frequency impact as well as better
rhythm and slam for bass which is absolutely superior for both music
and home theater.

our bipolar power tower technology to an incredibly affordable price.
Home Theater's Darryl Wilkinson said, "with the BP2006TL Definitive

down yet." This extraordinary new loudspeaker's remarkably
attractive narrow and compact cabinet makes it the perfect choice
for lifestyle-oriented consumers seeking ultra high performance.
The BP2006TL is truly a stealth superspeaker with sensational sonic
performance which absolutely puts it in a class totally by itself.
The combination of our highly refined bipolar array technology with
the BP2006TL's extremely narrow baffles results in an exceptionally
large soundfield with tremendous depth as well as breadth and height
of image.
